MyHeart Primedic S-Series AED: what it is and who it is for
The MyHeart Primedic S-Series is a semi-automated external defibrillator made in Malaysia and known internationally as the Primedic HeartSave Y8. It comes preinstalled with four voice languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Tamil), a status screen and a CPR kit, so any bystander can follow the instructions in the language they understand.
A real-time CPR feedback sensor tells the rescuer whether compressions are deep and fast enough, and one set of 2-in-1 electrode pads covers both adults and children, with Child Mode selected by a dedicated button.

Yes. One set of 2-in-1 electrode pads covers adults and children. Press the dedicated Child button to switch to Child Mode, which lowers the energy to 50 to 100 J.
The non-rechargeable battery lasts up to 5 years or 150 shocks, and the electrode pads are good for 5 years from the manufacture date. The status screen and automatic self-tests show that the unit is ready.
