Consumables with one expiry date to watch

Electrode pads and batteries are the only parts that expire. MediCERT records the dates of every unit we sell and reminds you before replacement is due.

Choosing AED equipment: common questions

Which AED should a workplace in Malaysia choose?

Choose by who will use it and where it lives. Multilingual teams do well with the MyHeart Primedic S-Series or P-Series (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Tamil). Sites that want CPR quality feedback pick the HeartSine 500P. Noisy or public areas benefit from the Vivest A3 colour screen. Our comparison page lists all six side by side.

Are MediCERT's AEDs registered with the Medical Device Authority (MDA)?

Yes. Every AED we distribute is registered with the Malaysian Medical Device Authority and we print the registration number on each product page.

Does the price include training?

Yes. Every AED purchased from MediCERT includes CPR and AED training for your first aiders, delivered by the CERT group.

How often do pads and batteries need replacing?

MyHeart Primedic pads and batteries last up to 5 years; HeartSine Pad-Paks 4 years; Vivest pads and batteries as printed on the pack. MediCERT tracks the dates and reminds you before they expire.
